Small Gas Grills - Gas Or Charcoal
Even though charcoal grills have seen growing popularity in recent years, gas grills are still used more frequently. They are easier to light, easier to control, and they heat up a lot quicker. Most will know the feeling of a grill that just hadnt had enough time to warm up enough to start the cooking. I do love the flavor and scent that comes from charcoal however you can cheat and buy charcoal specially designed for use on a gas grill! So you have the best of both worlds without the hassle and pain of pandering to charcoal. I am all for an easy life, and when I get a grill going outdoors, I like it to be a fun and calm experience.
Because of the ease of use, gas grills get used a lot more often too. So they have more fun! You can tell that cas cooks at a barbecue they are the relaxed ones with a beer in their hands! That describes me all right. Before gas grills became really affordable and available in cute small sizes, I did have a charcoal grill. My outdoor grill parties were nervewrecking events. When you have gas you can just get started straight away and have cooked food really quickly.
Whilst most people still only use their grills for meat and fish, whereas I alway pop my veg on the grill with my meat and fish. Just stick it on a skewer, or make a bag out of foil to place it in with a little water or stock. It is like steaming it on the grill. The taste is great. Try it you might like it.
Maintain your grill well, always keep it clean and cover it when it is not in use. By following these steps you will get years of fun and use out of your grill.
